"I wanted to like the site because..."
I wanted to like the site because it looks like it has useful stuff, but actually finding anything was frustrating. Pages loaded slowly, and the layout felt confusing in places. Sometimes I’d think I was in the right spot, then end up clicking around trying to figure out where to go next.

"I can usually find what I need"
I've ordered from Simon Says Stamp a few times now and they usually have whatever I'm looking for, even alot of the newer releases. It saves me from having to hop around and check a bunch of other sites, which is so nice. The site is easy to shop too, and I like that theres always plenty to choose from.

"Cute stamps, but I’m a little torn"
I do get excited browsing their exclusive stamp designs because they’re genuinely adorable, and on a good day it’s super tempting to grab a few. But sometimes the prices or stuff being out of stock kind of dampens the mood for me. I still like checking in and seeing what’s new, even if I don’t always end up buying.

Everything showed up packed really nicely, and there were no bent corners or anything. I’m glad it arrived in good shape, though I’ll admit I’m a little less trusting these days until I actually see the package for myself

"Quick, easy checkout"
Checking out on simonsaysstamp.com was really simple. I could edit my cart without any hassle, the shipping options were easy to understand, and my payment went through smoothly. I also liked being able to review everything before placing the order. The confirmation email and receipt came through right away too, which was nice. "The rewards just don't feel worth it anymore"
I used to actually like the rewards, but lately the points barely do anything. You save up and save up, and then when you go to use them, it feels like they barely help. It’s frustrating because the whole point of earning points is to feel like you’re getting something back, but now it just doesn’t feel worth it. The points barely make a difference, the rewards feel weaker, and it’s just not as useful as it used to be

I placed my order one night while I was reorganizing my craft supplies, and most of it showed up just fine. The only issue was that one stamp set was missing from the package. I emailed them about it, and they did get it sorted out, but it took a little longer than I thought it would. Not a huge deal, just a bit inconvenient.

I ordered from Simon Says Stamp to my country and, i was kind of worried it would take forever to arrive. But it actually showed up sooner than I expected, which was a nice surprise. Everything was packed really well too, like no bent paper or damaged stamps or anything like that. The tracking updated most of the way, so I wasn’t just left guessing. Customs held it for a few days, but, you know, that’s not really their fault. Overall, I’m happy with the order

"Tracking was actually really accurate"
Ordered from Simon Says Stamp. Easy start to finish. The tracking updated the whole way, which I appreciated. Shipped, out for delivery, all of it. And it showed up exactly when it said it would. No weird delays or guessing. Everything was packed well too, nothing damaged. no complaints. I’d order from them again.

"Really nice craft supplies"
So, I’ve been happy with these so far. The stamps and dies showed up looking really good quality, and the cuts come out clean with nice clear details. The paper pads feel good too… overall, just nice craft stuff and I’m glad I picked them up.

"Shipping took forever :/"
I really do like the stuff from Simon Says Stamp, and I was excited about my order... but wow, the shipping was slow. It just seemed to sit there for days before anything actually happened.

I wasn’t desperate to get it right away, but for what I paid, I expected it to move a little faster. The tracking barely updated too, which made it even more frustrating :(

Everything did arrive in good shape eventually, so that part was fine. But i’d probably only order again if I had plenty of time to wait.

"Shipping cost was fair"
I ordered a few stamps and some ink pads from Simon Says Stamp, the shipping cost felt reasonable. I’m always annoyed when shipping ends up almost as much as the stuff I’m buying, but this time it was okay.
Everything arrived packed nicely, and the total still felt worth it to me. I’d pretty much order again, especially when I’ve got a few things in my cart so the shipping makes more sense

They do have a lot of cute stamp options, which I really liked at first. I was just a bit disappointed because the overall experience didn’t feel as great as I expected.

"Backorder took a bit longer than I expected"
The order itself was fine, but the backorder part was a little confusing. I ended up waiting longer than I originally thought, and the updates could’ve been clearer along the way. To be fair, the item did arrive eventually and everything was okay once it got here, but I think better communication would’ve made the wait a lot less frustrating.

"Honestly, good value for the price"
I’ve ordered from Simon Says Stamp a few times now, i feel like the prices are fair for what you’re getting. Some of the stamps aren’t the absolute cheapest, but the quality has been solid, especially when there’s a sale going on. I can usually find something that fits my budget, and I appreciate that shipping is clear at checkout with no weird surprise fees. Overall, it’s been a good place to buy craft supplies.

"I had to return part of my order..."
I had to return part of my order and it did get taken care of in the end, but the refund took a bit longer than I was expecting. Customer service did reply, just not super quickly haha. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, I just wish the return process had been a little clearer.

"Wish I Had Used the Deals Sooner"
They do have some good sales now and then, but I kind of regret not jumping on them faster. The discount codes seem to expire so quickly that by the time I decide to order, they’re usually gone.
